THE BEAUTY OF SMALL AND YOUNG PLANTS | 15 Easy To Care House Plants for Small Spaces

🌱Here a fine selection of 15 easy to care small and young plants, which are ideal for small spaces and I ALSO find beautiful and unique looking. Cause I am still not living in a huge mansion with a huge green house (hmpf!), where I am (hopefully in this decade) definitely going to have a ton of HUGE plants and therefore: I have currently a ton of SMALL plants 😜😂😬 By the way: Two of the in the video featured plants aren't easy. Any idea which ones?

15 easy to care
small and young house plants

from my experience.

PLANT INFO 🤓
🌱 Alocasia Silver Dragon
☀️ North window, ca. 2 m distance to window, direct + indirect light
💦 1 x every 5 days
💖 🌟🌟🌟🌟
👩🏻‍🌾 Easy
💥 Of all the Alocasia species I find the Silver Dragon to be the easiest. NO pests issues with this Alocasia! Ha! 💁🏻 AND: The leaves are SOOO beautiful und unique! PLUS: She grows quick!

PLANT INFO 🤓
🌱 Alocasia Black Velvet
☀️ North window, ca. 2 m distance to window, direct + indirect light

💖 🌟🌟🌟🌟
👩🏻‍🌾 Easy - Medium
💥 This one is a bit more tricky than the Alocasia Silver Dragon - cause she is a bit more sensitive to not being watered - she might loose a leave. BUT: Nevertheless, I still find her an easy plant! 💁🏻 AND: Those velvet leaves are WOOOW.

PLANT INFO 🤓
🌱 Alocasia Pink Dragon
☀️ North window, ca. 2 m distance to window, direct + indirect light
💦 1 x every 5 days
💖 🌟🌟🌟
👩🏻‍🌾 Easy - Medium

PLANT INFO 🤓
🌱 Philodendron Florida Green

💦 1 x every 5 days
💖 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

👩🏻‍🌾 Easy
💥  Aaah, this one is DEFINITELY one of my FAVORITES - I LOVE her personality. At the beginning, when the plant is very young, the leaves look in the picture. And it's only when the plant becomes a teenager that she starts to grow her unique looking leaves.

💦 1 x every 7 - 10 days
💖 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

👩🏻‍🌾 SUPER EASY
💥 If you want an ULTRA EASY plant and love philodendrons then go for this one - she thrives in all kind of indirect and low light places. I have a couple of them and they are honestly THE best - besides that: They also look splendid in big 😍

PLANT INFO 🤓

💖 🌟🌟🌟

👩🏻‍🌾 Easy - Medium
💥 Isn't she just a wonderful looking plant - look at that fuzzy head 😍 And: She is a bit messy. She looses now and then some leaves and creates therefore a bit of a mess on the floor. But, I can handle this.

PLANT INFO 🤓

☀️ North window, ca. 2.5 m distance to window, indirect light
💦 1 x every 7 - 10 days

💖 🌟🌟🌟

👩🏻‍🌾 Medium
💥 I love how this plant looks - there is something magical, from another world energy with this plant. BUT: And therefore, she gets an "Medium", I don't understand her fully (yet). Up to now, we get along quite well 💁🏻

👩🏻‍🌾 Easy - Medium
💥 A super sweet looking and easy to care plant, which only recently started giving me some sorrows. Thrips found her and now I am bit "AAAAARGH" with her. Otherwise: Easy. Ah, and she seems to be quite the drinker 💁🏻

PLANT INFO 🤓
🌱 Rhipsalis Ewaldiana
☀️ North window, ca. 2 m distance to window, direct + indirect light

👩🏻‍🌾 Easy - Medium
💥 This is one is actually super easy, BUT she is a thirsty one. So, if she is not getting her water, she starts to dry out and dropping some pieces. But if you like plants that can be used also as hanging plants AND like to propagate, then this one is for you.

PLANT INFO 🤓
🌱 Phalaenopsis Orchid
☀️ North window, ca. 2 m distance to window, direct + indirect light
💦 1 x every 7 - 10 days
💖 🌟🌟🌟🌟

👩🏻‍🌾 Easy - Medium
💥 She is SOOOOOO beautiful 😍😍😍 This one is one of those plants, that I buy EVERY TIME I find them. Cause heck, look at those colors!!! I marked her as "Easy - Medium" because depending on the light conditions, she can start reverting and produce green leaves. But otherwise I found her to be absolutely easy to have.

Voilà 😊
