The artwork you purchase is the artwork you will receive - as displayed and described in the listing.
All of my original artworks are signed by me.
All of my original artworks are protected with coats of varnish.
As every monitor displays colors differently, colors on screen may slightly vary from the real colors of the artwork.

I offer worldwide free shipping.
The artwork is shipped on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - with the Swiss Post and with international Tracking-Nr.
Please note: In order to offer you the most efficient shipping experience and to avoid that your package is lying around at the post office over the weekend, I always and only ship on Monday - Thursday.
After shipping your package, you will receive an email with the Tracking-Nr.
Depending from where you ordered, the estimated delivery time ranges from 2 to 20 business days.

The digital download you purchase is the digital artwork you will receive - as displayed and described in the listing.
No original paintings nor physical prints or framed prints will be shipped to you.
Colors may appear differently in print than on screen. The final print quality will depend on the printer and paper used. If you have questions on the color output, please contact the printer you choose.

After receiving your payment you will receive an email with your download link.
Please download your digital products within 7 days - the download link will be deactivated afterwards.

No returns, exchanges nor refunds will be given for any purchased original artwork nor for any purchased digital download.
I have done my best to give you excellent pictures with the accurate colors and an detailed description of this artwork. But as every monitor displays colors differently, colors on your screen may slightly vary from the real colors of the artwork.
However, if you feel there is a problem with the purchased artwork, please email me at shop@veronicatrombini.com within 48 h upon receiving your package. Please include a picture of your package and purchased artwork in your email.
