Through my art and intuitive transcriptions, I extract the whispers of the Inner World and translate them into something you can see, feel, and understand – ultimately helping you cultivate a deeply good, nourishing life.
This is more than just a technique; it's my Soul's Calling. My purpose is to bridge the unseen wisdom of the Inner World into our everyday reality, making it accessible to those who are seeking the answers only the Inner World can truly provide. The tangible manifestation of this process unfolds through painting layers of vibrant colors (becoming Inner World Artwork) and transcribing their essence into flowing words and sentences (becoming Poems). Beyond this creative alchemy, my absolute priority is to ensure that what I bring forth is always congruent, authentic, and delivered with integrity, safeguarding my own journey throughout the entire creative process.
The paintings and poetic transcriptions I extract don't originate from this everyday, "Outer World." They emerge from The Inner World itself – a fascinating, infinite realm brimming with beauty, power, profound depth, and ancient wisdom. It's a place so genuine, so unique, so incredibly rich with possibility that it demands a conscious commitment to grounding and self-care. My journey into this Inner Realm requires me to navigate it not only safely and sanely but also to return fully present and grounded to this Human Experience. The allure of the Inner World is immense, and staying rooted in our "normal" life is a continuous, beautiful practice.
To remain centered and connected throughout these Inner Journeys and the Creative Process, I rely on a sacred rhythm of tools and habits. Meditation, journaling, AUM chanting, body and breath work with the Jin Shin Jyutsu method, prayer, gratitude practice, blessings, long walks, physical exercise, Yin Yoga, tending to my home and houseplants, gardening, playing with my dogs, and showering my Little One with love are some of the practices that keep me nourished, sane, and safely tethered to this realm.
